Shamine Maphosa holds a Bachelor of Laws Honors from the Midlands State University. She joined the Corporate and Commercial Law department in June 2022. Shamine provides general legal support and advice in all aspects of this practice area, including mergers and acquisitions, debt collection, sale of shares, and lease agreements.

She is also a key member of the family law department where she renders advice on divorce, maintenance and access. Shamine has knowledge in Telecommunications law, Intellectual Property, particularly Trademarks, Patents, Industrial Designs and Copyright matters, Data Protection and Cyber Laws.
