Balbina Ngwandingwa possesses extensive experience in Conveyancing and Real Estate, having gained in-depth knowledge of the complexities involved in Immovable Property transactions. She began her career as a Legal Secretary in 1993 and transitioned to a Junior Conveyancing Secretary in 1996. With over 25 years of experience as a Conveyancing Assistant, Balbina has spent more than a decade at the core of the conveyancing department at one of Zimbabwe’s prominent and relatively large law firms.

Throughout her career, Balbina has developed a comprehensive skill set, particularly in conducting Deeds Office searches and producing various Conveyancing documents, including Deeds of Transfer, Certificates of Title, Mortgage Bonds, and Notarial Deeds. She is known for her efficiency and quick turnaround on client mandates. Additionally, Balbina is well-versed in the Zimbabwe Revenue Authority’s online registration and e-filing processes for sellers, demonstrating her adaptability to new systems and her commitment to providing high-quality service to clients.
