Joanna holds a Master’s Degree in Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure, as well as a Bachelor of Laws Honours Degree, both from the University of South Africa. She joined the firm in 2012 as a legal intern and subsequently became an Associate following her qualification as a registered legal practitioner in Zimbabwe in May 2014. Joanna is actively involved in various aspects of corporate and commercial law, debt collection, civil litigation, and other legal fields, including intellectual property law and general litigation.

Joanna has extensive experience in litigation before both the High Court and the Magistrate’s Court. She is a member of several professional bodies, including the Law Society of Zimbabwe, Zimbabwe Lawyers for Human Rights, and the Zimbabwe Institute of Patents and Trademarks Agents. Her diverse legal expertise and professional affiliations further enhance her contributions to the firm.
