Varaidzo is a Consultant of the firm but she is currently on sabbatical. She has a special interest in Corporate Law. She is a registered Legal Practitioner, Notary Public and Conveyancer and has over 20 years of legal experience mostly in commercial law. Varaidzo has held various leadership positions in the legal,
compliance and corporate financial advisory capacities including Industrial Development Corporation (IDC), Century Holdings, Kingdom Financial Holdings and Zimbabwe Allied Banking Group ( ZABG). She is a board member of Sunway City (Private) Limited, Commissioner, with the Competition and Tariff Commission
and a board member of the National Prosecuting Authority.
