Experience:

Rumbidzai joined Mhishi Nkomo Legal Practice in 2025. Prior to this, she gained experience working as an independent tax consultant as well as consulting with CMA Consultancy. Rumbidzai has vast experience in the Zimbabwean taxation system having worked for the Zimbabwe Revenue Authority for many years and in various roles.

Achievements:

Over the years, Rumbidzai has distinguished herself in the area of Tax Law.  She currently sits in the Fiscal and Tax Appeals Court as an Assessor and has contributed to the resolution of a number of reported flagship cases on Tax appeals in Zimbabwe. Her expertise span over various other areas of law, which include Commercial and Corporate Law and she is currently doing her Masters Degree in Corporate Law with UNISA.

Corporate Involvement:

Beyond legal practice, Rumbidzai has served as both Director and Company Secretary for Pride of Zimbabwe Safaris, providing financial, strategic and corporate governance oversight. She has served on boards of various trusts and not for profit organizations with varying interests, from environmental stewardship to the welfare of the elderly.
