Tobias possesses extensive experience in Finance and Administration, having commenced his career in 2004. Prior to assuming his key role at Mhishi Nkomo Legal Practice, he dedicated eight years to the Finance and Administration department of one of Zimbabwe’s leading law firms. Since the founding of Mhishi Nkomo Legal Practice, Tobias has played a pivotal role in establishing and managing the Finance and Administration department, where he has successfully implemented operational systems that enhance both efficiency and transparency.

A qualified Accountant, Tobias completed his Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) qualification in June 2012 and holds an MBA from the University of Zimbabwe. His exceptional accounting expertise has been integral to the firm’s consistent record of achieving clean audits annually.
