Practice Areas: Notary Public and Conveyancing

Varaidzo is a consultant at the firm; however, she is currently on sabbatical. She has a particular interest in Corporate Law and is a registered Legal Practitioner, Notary Public, and Conveyancer. With over 30 years of experience, her expertise is primarily in commercial law. Throughout her career, Varaidzo has held various leadership positions in legal, compliance, and corporate financial advisory roles, including with the Industrial Development Corporation (IDC), Century Holdings, Kingdom Financial Holdings, and the Zimbabwe Allied Banking Group (ZABG).

In addition to her consulting role, Varaidzo is an active board member of Sunway City (Private) Limited. She also serves as a Commissioner with the Competition and Tariff Commission and is a board member of the National Prosecuting Authority. Her extensive experience and leadership in both the corporate and legal sectors make her a highly valued professional in the field.
